Elena Andreyeva has a PhD-degree in Linguistic Science and works as Assistant Professor at the Lomonosov Moscow State University Business School (LMSUBS). She has many years of experience in teaching Business English and English for Economics. She has written several books and study guides on the language of Business and Economics. She has extensive experience in teaching business skills, such as presentations, meetings and negotiations. In 2009-2011, when LMSUBS hosted Annual Senior Student Presentation Competition, she was the coach of LMSUBS teams, which invariably won the competition.

Kononova Vera KONONOVA
Moscow, Russian Federation

Vera Kononova (Russian PhD – candidate of economic sciences) provides Bachelor and Master students with courses in Economics, Macroeconomics and Taxation. She also holds a position of Deputy Head of Economics Chair. Vera Kononova takes an active part in “Doing Business in Russia” – tailor-made program designed in Lomonosov MSUBS for Executive MBA and MBA students from abroad. In 2012, the program was delivered for student groups of MAYS Business School Texas A&M University, SDA Bocconi University, ETH Zürich.
Apart from teaching activities, Vera Kononova is involved in research and business analytics. As member of the Research Department at the Institute for Complex Strategic Studies, she takes an active part in consulting projects and policy advice for business, governmental bodies and international organizations. Among these are projects for the Presidential Executive Office of Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russian Federation, World Bank, UNDP, Russian and international companies.

Safronova Natalia SAFRONOVA

Natalia Safronova PhD is professor at the Institute of sectoral Management, marketing department of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
Natalia's focus of teaching and research is on the role of trendwatching and case management in modern enterprises. She is working on continuous education for Managers, in terms of stimulating the Russian Innovation Economy.

Martin Oyevaar is senior lecturer sustainable economic development and international economic relations. Martin Oyevaar started his career in Mozambique as mathematics teacher and studied Economics at the University of Amsterdam. He worked a number of years as consultant voor Small and Medium sized Enterprises in the Netherlands and is currently lecturing at Saxion. Besides his lecturing position, he is involved in business development and several smallscale investments in Africa.

Shaposhnikov Sergei SHAPOSHNIKOV

Sergei Shaposhnikov is member of Lomonosov Moscow State University Business School (MSU BS) faculty since 2011, and has more than ten years of teaching and research experience at various international institutions such as MSU BS, The Higher School of Economics (HSE), United Nations, Hiroshima City University, St. Petersburg State University and Stockholm School of Economics in St. Petersburg. Also he has an extensive experience of conducting research and consulting projects for Russian and international businesses and non-commercial organisations.
At MSU BS Sergei teaches Strategic Management, International Business, Doing Business in Asia and International Logistics at the MSU BS Bachelor of Management Programme. He also coordinates the MSU BS Oriental student business club.

He has a Bachelor degree in ‘marketing and international business’, a master degree in ‘applied communication science’ and owns a research-consultancy company. For over 15 years he has been working in the field of marketing, sales, communication and market research. He loves to help people make better choices based on real data and years of experience.
